Hey Folks! How have you guys been doing as we continue to navigate life during quarantine?
Our family has been continuing to stay as healthy as possible with good, healthy nutrition, vitamins & supplements and consistent exercise. Walking the block or neighborhood for even 30 minutes counts too!! I truly believe that this is the best thing that we can do in the natural to combat COVID-19.
I’m sure we’ve all had our fair share of time spent cooking during this time so I wanted to share this quick and easy egg salad recipe with you. I love it because it’s so easy to just throw together and it’s ready in like 15 minutes because I use hard boiled eggs in a bag. You can also hard boil them yourself if you so choose.
WHAT DO YOU PUT IN EGG SALAD?
This egg salad recipe is so full of good nutrition. Let’s just say that eggs are like one of nature’s perfect foods. Eggs are loaded with protein and amino acids and have a good bit of Vitamin D, A and zinc which have such great benefits during this challenging time.
Did you know that eggs actually reduce heart disease, lower triglycerides, lower blood pressure, improve fasting blood glucose, promote weight loss, and reduce the risks of strokes? YES!!! I’m loving this egg salad recipe even more than before with all of these health benefits!!! I hope you’ll give it a try.
Just wanted to leave you with a few final thoughts until next time. Let’s remember to be good stewards over the vessels that God has given us so that we can be blessed with a long full life. Let’s continue to trust God that everything is gonna be alright. And finally, let’s continue to be kind and walk in love with one another even though we all may have a very different story to tell.
