Make your own Homemade Ranch Seasoning Recipe for all of your dishes that require one of those packets and forego that processed stuff in Aisle 6!!
Happy Wednesday, Guys! How’s your week going? Hubby and I just celebrated our 6th year Anniversary at the Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, CA where we relaxed by the private beach and pool, enjoyed spa treatments, rocked a few rounds of golf on the stunning course with ocean views, and of course enjoyed some unparalleled good eats. The attention to detail is simply exquisite and the service is top notch!! If you’re planning to visit the Dana Point area, we would definitely recommend a visit here at Monarch.
With the busyness of the week, I’d thought I’d do something really easy and dedicate a full post to a Homemade Ranch Seasoning Recipe since I tend to use it so much. Make sure to check out Shrimp Scampi Linguine, Nacho Typical Fries, Party Buffalo Chicken Sliders, Twice Baked Buffalo Chicken Potatoes and Slow Cooker Spicy Lentil Chili.
You can forego the ranch seasoning packet on aisle 6 and just make your own with spices already in your cupboard. This homemade ranch seasoning recipe means that youโll also be foregoing those classics like MSG, anti-caking agents as well as the artificial colors and flavors. SCORE for keeping the family fresh and healthy!!! This homemade ranch seasoning recipe is super easy to make and if you want, you could easily quadruple this recipe to keep yourself a stash in the cupboard with the rest of your spices. Just remember that a store bought pack has roughly about 2.5 Tablespoons. If you want to turn this into a dressing rather than use it for seasoning, just simply add 1 cup of buttermilk and 1 cup of mayo and mix well. Then chill in the fridge to thicken.
It was so nice to just unplug and get away with hubby! We needed it terribly as we get so caught up in what life brings and it was great reestablishing that much needed connection. I love the scripture in Song of Solomon that states, My lover said to me,โRise up, my darling! Come away with me, my fair one! 11 Look, the winter is past, and the rains are over and gone.12 The flowers are springing up, the season of singing birdsc] has come, and the cooing of turtledoves fills the air. 13 The fig trees are forming young fruit, and the fragrant grapevines are blossoming. Rise up, my darling! Come away with me, my fair one!โ โ Song of Solomon 2:10-13 (NLT). Say Grace and enjoy!!

I love this! I think it’s important to try and make as many pantry staples yourself since you know you will be enjoying delicious food that’s real. You control the salt, the ingredients, and you can feel better because you can pronounce whats in your food!

I just happen to have ALL of these ingredients in the cupboard right now. I will have to make a batch…and use it on some popcorn too. Homemade seasonings are always better than bought.
