This Homemade Turkey Sausage Recipe is a little bit sweet, a little bit spicy and a perfect addition to your breakfast table.
Hey Folks! First of all, I just want to express how grateful I am for such loyal supporters who have encouraged me during this difficult week. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your prayers and for sharing a kind word with me. I truly appreciate your thoughtfulness and sincerity as the Lord continues to rebuild my heart.
I started looking around for a tasty turkey sausage recipe. Most store brands don’t offer any deliciously seasoned options and they are rather bland in my opinion. Especially if you’re looking a pork-free version. Hubby likes pork and turkey but prefers eating turkey sausage on a daily basis for obvious reasons.
This Homemade Turkey Sausage Recipe is full of flavor and super simple to pull together. All you need is a pound of ground turkey and seasonings that you probably already have in your cupboards. This Homemade Turkey Sausage Recipe pairs great with Paleo Lemon Blueberry Pancakes and Sweet Potato Pecan Pancakes with Praline Butter. I hope you’ll give this Homemade Turkey Sausage Recipe a try. Say Grace and enjoy!

Thanks Patty! Such a great addition to a wholesome breakfast!!
I want to put these in a breakfast sandwich. Delicious breakfast on the go!
That’s just what we did, Dannii!! 🙂
I love ground turkey, but never thought about making homemade sausage! Love this, and pinning to make soon
Enjoy Karyl!!! We love it!! 🙂
I am from the United Kingdom and turkey sausage isn’t really a well-known dish over here. However, I can see how these would make a great sandwich for breakfast or maybe for dinner with a salad – I often make minced (ground) turkey burgers in a similar way. I have some minced turkey in the fridge so this will in all likelihood be dinner one night this week – though I will omit the fennel for me!
Hi Jo!! We don’t have many great seasoned options in our grocers. I really think the fennel gives it that authentic sausage flavor. Be sure to let me know what you think. 🙂
Hi Felesha!
The omitting of the fennel is totally a personal thing – there are not many foods I dislike but anything aniseed tasting is no-go for me, more’s the pity!
I feel the same way about licorice, Jo!! 🙂
Oh this sounds like a comforting and quick recipe as you pull yourself together! Hope you feel better soon!
Thanks Tina!! Taking it one day at a time. Appreciate your thoughtfulness! 🙂
Okay, so ummm……. I know this is a paleo recipe. But OMG this recipe would make the best base for a turkey burger recipe. I need to round up some gluten free buns!
Sounds like a yummy idea, Sara!!! 🙂
