Roasted Garlic & Rosemary White Bean Dip Recipe {Vegan}

August 23, 2017 by Felesha 10 Comments

This Roasted Garlic & Rosemary White Bean Dip is ready in a flash and will be a perfect addition to your next vegan party!!

Roasted Garlic & Rosemary White Bean Dip

“It’s great! It tastes just like potted meat!” {Hubby’s response when I shoveled a scoop of this yummy Roasted Garlic & Rosemary White Bean Dip Recipe into his mouth.} Then Daddy came by later and said the exact same thing. He then told Momma about it and she said I love potted meat!!! What is going on???

Roasted Garlic & Rosemary White Bean Dip Recipe

Potted Meat?!?!?! What is that anyway?!?!?!? Sounds so gross and there is no meat anywhere near this vegan appetizer. I was almost offended and saddened by their response at my said deliciousness.  How could anything I make tastes like something processed out of a can?!?!? 🙁 Lol! The label actually reads, “Mechanically separated chicken and beef tripe”!!! Yikes! And loads of fillers to boot!! I’ve never tried potted meat and don’t think I want to start now but this Roasted Garlic & Rosemary White Bean Dip Recipe is on point!! FYI…Momma redeemed me and said that it was nothing like potted meat but rather a very flavorful bean dip! Yeaaa!!!

Speaking of offense…I know I have several opportunities to be offended daily. The enemy uses this tactic to steal our peace and God’s blessings. According to Galatians 5:22-23, God has given us self control to help us with our responses to other’s behaviors. Intentional or not. Now I know that Hubby and Daddy didn’t intentionally try to hurt my feelings but I almost went there. I encourage you to choose to forgive and let it go so that you can heal much faster than letting offense grow and intensify. As Momma would say, “nip it in the bud!” Believe the best in others and pursue God’s peace. Say Grace and enjoy!

    White bean hummus is my absolute favorite over chickpea hummus. I have never added rosemary though must try! And these pictures <3

    Your dip sounds so much more appetising than “potted meat”. Must admit I have never tried it either. Your dip on another hand, will be definitely making it.

    I don’t know about potted meat, but this looks like a great substitute for our regular hummus!
