Sweet pineapple and mango blended with mandarin and coconut flavored yogurt makes for a deliciously healthy tropical smoothie + a GIVEAWAY!
I am so excited to announce that it’s my 1st Blogiversary! {Cue confetti} {Singing, Do you know what this month is? It’s my Blogiversay, Blogiversary!!} It’s pretty hard to believe that it’s been a full year and that Say Grace is actually turning 1. Time flies when you’re having fun, I guess! 🙂 I’ve made a lot of new blogger buddies that share my love of good food over this past year and I’ve learned so much about this fun loving blogging community. I’d have to say that the highlight of my past year was getting to meet none other than Ree Drummond of Pioneer Woman. She was such fun to hang with and she definitely knows how to cut a rug!! 🙂
It has definitely been a wonderful year and I couldn’t have done it without your encouragement and support. Just to say, “Thank You”, I’m giving away this custom designed Say Grace apron (petticoat not included) that’ s been carefully sewn by a dear friend, Iris of Mimi’s Needle and Thread. Look at how cute this is!! She graciously allowed me to pick out my own fabrics and I just fell in love with these beautiful Calico prints. She did such a wonderful job with it, especially with the detailing! I just absolutely love it and one excited WINNER will love it to pieces as well for years to come! 🙂

Ok…so now back to this delicious Tropical smoothie!! Spring is just around the corner and just the thought of it has put me in the mood for something Tropical, something fresh and something delicious! So I thought I’d show you how I make my yummy Tropical Smoothie! It’s tasty, loaded with nutrition and sure to keep those waistlines SNATCHED as we just begin to head into those warm summer months! Speaking of summer…This simple and healthy smoothie that blends pineapple, mango, mandarin, bananas, coconut yogurt, honey and milk would be really great if I were on a beach in a hammock by the water reflecting on this wonderful 1st year.
In reflection, I’m so thankful to God for this corner of the internet that He’s given me to share good food and the Good News of the Gospel of JESUS with the world! What an honor and a privilege it is and my confession of faith for everyone that comes across this little ole’ blog is that all recognize the love that God has for us all. His Word says “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” -John 3:16 (KJV). So I ask…Are you a believer? Say Grace and enjoy!!
