Preheat the oven to 350F.
Mix together flaxseed meal and water, set aside for 3-5 minutes.Sift together flour, brewer's yeast, salt, cinnamon and baking soda.In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time, mix well.Stir flaxseed mixture and add with vanilla to the butter mix. Beat until blended. Sift together dry ingredients, except oats and chipsAdd to butter mixture. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and walnuts.
Using a large cookie scoop, drop onto baking sheet.
Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or even overnight.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Say Grace and enjoy!!
