This quick and easy Apricot Chicken Recipe is sweet, savory and just perfect for that busy weeknight dinner.

- 4 lbs chicken wings
- 1 1/4 c Apricot Preserves
- 1 1/4 c Catalina Dressing
- 1 ounce dried French Onion Soup
- 2 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/2 stick butter
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a medium bowl, combine apricot preserves, catalina dressing, french onion soup, garlic and crushed red pepper. Set aside.
Season chicken wings to taste with kosher salt and pepper
Add wings to a dutch oven and pour apricot sauce over the chicken.
Top with pats of butter
Cover with lid of dutch oven and roast 1 hour.
Remove from the oven and spoon sauce over chicken. Sprinkle chicken with smoked paprika to help with browning.
Place back in the oven uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve with mashed potatoes or rice. Say Grace and enjoy!
