Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with Baker's Joy. Set aside.
Cream the butter and brown sugar together with a hand mixer on medium speed.
Add the eggs one at a time.
Blend in the yogurt, bananas and vanilla on medium speed for a minute.
Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together in a medium bowl.
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Toss the flour with the chocolate chips and toasted pecans and then fold into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan
Bake for 70 minutes or until inserted toothpick come out clean.
Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
Chocolate Ganache - Bring heavy cream to a simmer over low heat.
Place chocolate into a small bowl adding the heavy cream and corn syrup.
Allow the hot cream to melt the chocolate for about a minute.
Stir until completely combined and smooth. Allow glaze to sit for about 10 minutes.
Pour glaze over the entire bread loaf . Say Grace and enjoy!!
