Momma's Potato Salad is a great and easy addition to your next cookout, barbecue, picnic or lunch!!

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 lbs. Yukon Gold potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 T. kosher salt
  • 5 eggs boiled in 1/2 tsp. salt water, diced
  • 3/4 c. sweet pickle relish
  • 2 celery stalks diced
  • 1 sm. onion diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 3 T. mustard
  • 1 T. Kirkland Organic No-Salt Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 c. SECRET SAUCE Marzetti Slaw Dressing
  • 8 bacon slices cooked and chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Boil potatoes in 1 T. salted water for about 8 minutes or until tender. Drain well and place in a large bowl.
  • Add onion, celery, red pepper, eggs, mustard, relish, no-salt seasoning, cayenne pepper, secret sauce, and bacon if desired. Mix well and chill before serving. Say Grace and enjoy!!
