Combine almond flour, mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Cook for one minute in microwave. Stir, and cook for additional 30 seconds in the microwave.
Mix in egg, salt, and Italian seasoning (if using), and stir.
Shape dough into a ball and place between two pieces of parchment
Use a rolling pin on top of parchment paper to roll dough into a circle
Remove the top parchment paper and slide dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment underneath. Poke holes all over pizza with a fork to avoid bubbling. Bake at 425 degrees in the oven for 12-14 minutes until browned on top. For a more sturdy pizza, flip dough over at the halfway mark.
Add any desired pizza sauce and cooked toppings. Continue cooking in oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts and heated through.
