This Bahama Breeze copycat fire roasted jerk shrimp dish is simmered in a delicious garlic-thyme butter and served with crusty French bread for sopping!
1.5lbs.shrimp20-30 count size, peeled and deveined
jerk seasoningto taste
1/2c.ale
1/4tsp.allspice
1/4habanero pepperseeded and chopped
3large garlic clovesminced
10springs thymedestemmed
1scallionchopped
2T.red oniondiced
1/4c.roma tomatoesdiced
1/2stick buttermelted

1French baguette
Instructions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Season shrimp in a bowl on all sides with jerk seasoning.
Combine ale, allspice, pepper, garlic, thyme, scallion, 2 T. red onion and 1/4 c. tomatoes in a 10 inch cast iron skillet.
Top with shrimp and melted butter.
Place the skillet in the oven alongside the baguette and simmer for about 5 minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Shrimp should be opague and pink and the bread should be toasty. Garnish with red onion, tomatoes and scallions. Say Grace and enjoy!!
