Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, season the ground turkey and sausage with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper, salt and pepper and brown for about 5-7 minutes.
After almost browned, add and saute the onion, mushrooms, zucchini, and carrots until tender, about 5-7 minutes more. Drain and return to pan.
Bring pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti for about 10 min. Drain.
Add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, Italian stewed tomatoes and diced tomatoes with jalapenos to the meat and veggie mixture.
Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the mixture and toss until combined.
Butter a 12 inch cast iron skillet and place dough balls or rolls around perimeter.
Pile as much as you can of the spaghetti mixture into the center of the skillet and top with mozzarella balls and cheddar cheese.
Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and brush over rolls. Sprinkle rolls with kosher salt.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the rolls are done and golden brown. Remove from the oven and brush with more of the butter mixture. Garnish with basil and grape tomatoes. Serve extra spaghetti alongside. Say Grace and enjoy!
