Pot Roast Macaroni & Cheese {Disney World Copycat}

Ingredients
  

  • 1 HoneyBaked Ham Beef Pot Roast with Brown Gravy thawed
  • 6 T. butter
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 7 c. milk warm
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne
  • 2 c. habenero pepperjack cheese shredded
  • 2 c. extra sharp cheddar shredded
  • 2 c. colby jack shredded
  • 1 lb. macaroni boiled in salted water and drained
  • chopped chives garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Follow the instructions on the roast packaging to reheat.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add flour when the butter starts to get bubbly and cook for about a minute.
  • Pour milk into the skillet and whisk until smooth and thick. You'll feel it.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and add nutmeg, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and cheeses.
  • Stir macaroni into the cheese sauce.
  • Serve individual portions of macaroni and cheese with pot roast on top. Garnish with chives. Say Grace and enjoy!!
