1 HoneyBaked Ham Beef Pot Roast with Brown Gravy thawed 6 T. butter 1/2 c. flour 7 c. milk warm 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. cayenne 2 c. habenero pepperjack cheese shredded 2 c. extra sharp cheddar shredded 2 c. colby jack shredded 1 lb. macaroni boiled in salted water and drained chopped chives garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Follow the instructions on the roast packaging to reheat.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add flour when the butter starts to get bubbly and cook for about a minute.
Pour milk into the skillet and whisk until smooth and thick. You'll feel it.
Remove the skillet from the heat and add nutmeg, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and cheeses.
Stir macaroni into the cheese sauce.
Serve individual portions of macaroni and cheese with pot roast on top. Garnish with chives. Say Grace and enjoy!!
