Bring the balsamic vinegar to a boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
After it comes to a boil , lower the heat to a simmer for about 10 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Reduction will become thicker as it sits.
Toss watermelon,kale, goat cheese and walnuts with balsamic reduction in a large bowl. Say Grace and enjoy!!
