Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs. chicken wing dings
  • 1 whole garlic bulb
  • 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. marjoram
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme
  • 2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
  • 2 T. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 T. corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. chicken broth
  • Parmesan garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Slice top off of entire garlic bulb and place on a sheet of foil. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Wrap foil around the entire bulb creating a pouch. Place in the oven and roast for 40 minutes.
  • Once cooled, squish all of the roasted garlic into a bowl and combine remaining ingredients together EXCEPT the chicken broth. Mix well.
  • Divide the mixture in half; adding the chicken broth to one half. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate the remaining half.
  • Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Toss in chicken wings. Pour the sauce that's been combined with the chicken broth over the wings. Cook wings on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
  • Once completely done, place wings in one layer on foil lined baking sheet. Broil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from the oven.
  • Brush and cover the wings with the remaining sauce. Garnish with more Parmesan and serve with reserved sauce for dipping. Say Grace and enjoy!!
