Place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cool water.
With the lid on, bring eggs to a boil . Once boiling, remove from heat immediately and allow to continue to cook in the hot water for 18 minutes.
Immediately drain the water and remove the eggs from the saucepan.
Peel the cooled hard boiled eggs.
Cut the eggs in half horizontally, and place the yolks in a small bowl.
Add the avocado, lime juice, leeks, jalapeno, garlic, salt and pepper and adjust to taste.
Stir in the tomato.
