The Best Lactation Cookies Recipe

These delicious lactation cookies definitely helps to boosts milk supply and are so delicious that you can't just eat one!! :)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 c. soft all-purpose flour I use White Lilly
  • 4-6 T. brewers yeast
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 T. flaxseed meal
  • 4 T. water
  • 1 c. unsalted butter
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. Say Grace Vanilla Extract
  • 3 c. old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips I mixed milk chocolate, semi sweet and 60%
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Mix together flaxseed meal and water, set aside for 3-5 minutes.
    Sift together flour, brewer's yeast, salt, cinnamon and baking soda.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time, mix well.
    Stir flaxseed mixture and add with vanilla to the butter mix. Beat until blended. 
  • Sift together dry ingredients, except oats, chocolate chips and walnuts. Add to butter mixture.
    Stir in oats, chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Using a large cookie scoop, drop onto baking sheet. 
    Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or even overnight.
  • When ready to bake,preheat the oven to 350F. Bake for 12-15 minutes.  Allow to cool slightly. Say Grace and enjoy!!
  • Note: You can also freeze the dough balls and bake a couple fresh cookies every day. Just increase the bake time a few minutes more. :)
