Homemade Cheesy Garlic Bread {Low Carb, Keto, Gluten Free}

This homemade cheesy garlic bread is keto, low carb and gluten free. They are easy to make, ready in about 30 minutes and simply irresistible.

Fat Head Dough

  • 3/4 c. almond meal/flour
  • 1 and 3/4 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 T. cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 T. garlic powder

Garlic and Cheese Topping

  • 1 T butter
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1- 2 c cheddar jack cheese shredded (I used 2 cups)
  • Low carb pizza or marinara sauce for dipping


  • Combine almond flour, mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Cook for one minute in microwave. Stir, and cook for additional 30 seconds in the microwave.
  • Mix in egg, salt, and garlic powder, and stir.
  • Shape dough into a ball and place between two pieces of parchment
  • Use a rolling pin on top of parchment paper to roll dough into a circle
  • Remove the top parchment paper and slide dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment underneath. Poke holes all over dough with a fork to avoid bubbling.
  • Combine melted butter and minced garlic and brush all over dough.
  • Bake at 425 degrees in the oven for 12-14 minutes until browned on top.
  • Add shredded cheese. Continue cooking in oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts. Using a pizza cutter, cut dough into wide strips and serve with low carb pizza dipping sauce. Say Grace and enjoy!
