Placed rinsed turkey necks in a large pot with just enough water to cover. Bring water to a rolling boil . Reduce heat to just above a simmer and allow the meat to cook for 2 hours adding water as needed.
After your turkey necks are fork tender, add all remaining ingredients except the salt. Cook on medium to low heat for 2 more hours. After your greens are tender, check for saltiness and add to taste. Serve with cornbread. Say Grace and enjoy!!
