Ham and Egg Macaroni Salad

This fun and tasty Ham and Egg Macaroni Salad is great side dish to pass at your next cookout or picnic.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups macaroni (or any small pasta shape) boiled in salted water and drained
  • 1 c diced ham I used HoneyBaked
  • 3 boiled eggs diced
  • 2 celery ribs diced
  • 1 carrot diced
  • 1/2 c diced red pepper
  • 1/4 c diced shallots
  • 1/4 c sliced green onion

Dressing

  • 1/2 c. Marzetti Slaw Dressing
  • 1/4 c mayo
  • 2 tsp. honey mustard
  • 1 tsp Kirkland seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients until well combined. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl,combine all other ingredients. Mix well.
  • Pour dressing over salad and stir well. Say Grace and enjoy!!
