This Roasted Garlic & Rosemary White Bean Dip is ready in a flash and a perfect addition to your next vegan party!!

  • 1 garlic bulb
  • Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
  • Kosher salt, for sprinkling
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans organic Cannellini beans, drained
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt (or more for taste)
  • ¼ c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 rosemary spring, thick stem removed
  • ⅛ tsp. cayenne
  • Pine nuts, garnish
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Slice top off of entire garlic bulb and place on a sheet of foil. Drizzle with olive oil and salt. Wrap foil around the entire bulb creating a pouch. Place in the oven and roast for 35 minutes.
  3. Squish all of the roasted garlic into a food processor and combine with remaining ingredients.
  4. Process ingredients until desired consistency is reached. Taste for salt and add more if desired.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with olive oil and pine nuts. Say Grace and enjoy!
